James is a member of the European Network for Accessible Tourism and works closely with Walkers Tours in Sri Lanka, helping them develop accessible itineraries.
Underlying all of James' work is his passion for providing outstanding customer service for all. The development and implementation of Accessible Tourism is a key step in achieving that.
Jayita Bhattacharya has over 25 years commercial experience, having worked in banking, media and educational organisations all over Asia, including Thailand and India.
Her background is in customer service, project management and designing+delivering training programmes.
